Jade Plant

Jade Plant has thick, glossy, round leaves that look like small green coins growing on sturdy branches, and in many cultures it is kept at home or in shops as a symbol of good luck and prosperity.

It comes in a 15cm pot and grows 20 to 25cm tall, doing best in a bright spot with some direct sun, such as a windowsill or a covered balcony corner in a UAE home.

Water it once every 1 to 2 weeks, letting the soil dry between waterings, since like most succulents it stores water in its leaves. Over many years it can grow into a small, tree like shape, becoming a long lasting feature plant in the home.
