Vinca (Periwinkle)

Vinca, also called Periwinkle, gives small but plentiful flowers in shades of pink, white, and purple, blooming almost continuously through most of the year.

It comes in a 15cm pot and is one of the most heat tolerant flowering plants available, handling full UAE sun with far less water than many other flowering options, making it ideal for balconies and garden borders.

Water it every 3 to 4 days, letting the topsoil dry slightly between waterings, since it prefers not to sit in constantly wet soil. Its long flowering season and easy care make it a favourite low maintenance choice for first time UAE gardeners.
