Why Buying Plants Grown in the UAE Is Better

Some plants sold online come from far away, sometimes from a completely different climate. They may look fine in the photo, but they were never grown in UAE heat, UAE water, or UAE soil.

A plant grown here, in a local nursery, already knows this climate before it even reaches your home. The roots are used to the water here. The leaves are used to this sun. This means less shock for the plant when you bring it home, and a much better chance it survives the first few months.

At Dawi Nursery, every plant we sell is grown at our own site in Al Awir, Dubai. We do not import plants that were grown somewhere cold and then shipped here to be sold. What you see in our catalogue was grown right here, in the same weather it will live in at your home.

It also means fewer plants get thrown away after a few weeks, which is better for you and better for the environment.
